ABOUT BLAKE BERGLUND

Blake Berglund is a Saskatchewan-born songwriter, producer, and

founder of Western Seer Records, a label and publishing

company devoted to championing independent voices across the

Prairies. His 2023 double LP What’s Left of the Right is a bold,

satirical, and deeply personal exploration of modern identity,

politics, and inheritance. His work has earned support slots with

Dwight Yoakam, Colter Wall, Tyler Childers, and The Dead South,

and recognition from the Western Canadian Music Awards,

Saskatchewan Music Awards, and SCMA. Incorporated in 2025,

Western Seer Records was nominated for Music Company of the

Year at the Saskatchewan Music Awards and serves as a platform

for developing new voices in country and roots music.

ABOUT LACHLAN NEVILLE

The first signing to Western Seer Records, Lachlan Neville’s

self-titled debut is a literary-minded collection of early writings

steeped in folk tradition and cinematic grit. Lachlan has performed

at established festivals such as Big Flat Folk Festival, Gateway

Festival, Ness Creek Music Festival, Northern Lights Bluegrass

Festival, and All Folk’d Up.
