Black Women Breathe: A Sacred Circle of Sisterhood
Sisterhood is a sanctuary. It’s the space where we are seen, softened, and strengthened. This month, Black Women Breathe invites you into sacred connection with other Black women—where breath becomes belonging, and presence becomes power.
Together, we’ll reflect on the bonds that hold us, the women who walk beside us, and the ways we can honor, nurture, and expand our circles of care. Through mindful presence, open-hearted dialogue, and moments of stillness, we celebrate sisterhood—not just as a concept, but as a living, breathing practice.
This is more than a gathering. It’s a homecoming.✨ Come as you are. Leave held, lifted, and rooted in love.

We aim to increase self-awareness through the development of mindfulness - nonjudgmental awareness of the present moment with intentionality and compassion in an atmosphere of support and connection.
Not at all. Whether you’re brand new or deeply practiced, we guide you gently and invite you to participate in a way that feels right for you.
Each gathering includes guided meditation, a community check-in, gentle reflection, and space to simply breathe and be. Cameras on or off—your presence is enough.
This is not a therapy session, but it is a therapeutic space. We hold space with care, but we do not offer clinical services.
A quiet, comfortable space if possible. A journal, candle, or anything that helps you feel grounded is welcome but not required.
No. To honor vulnerability and safety, we do not record these sessions. What’s shared in the circle stays in the circle.
