Black Taffy is a Dallas based composer and performer whose current focus lies in blending ambient music with large bass and percussion. Sometimes performing with a vibraphone and cassette decks, he frequently employs the use of cassette tape loops and other antiquated mediums to create pillowy worlds of wow and flutter.

Dallas Observer Music Award Nominee, MATTIE is an experimental vocalist from Dallas, TX. She began singing melodies at age four, developing her own concepts of notation and structure. In church she learned the basis of conventional gospel music. MATTIE used this foundation to land touring and recording gigs with Israel Houghton and New Breed, The Black and Blue, and Tha Mystics. With a love for all cultures and religions, MATTIE has adapted several different styles of music to create a sound that is uniquely hers.

Dallas, TX based musician, Lily Taylor has lived in The Cedars neighborhood the past 6 years with husband, video artist and educator, Sean Miller. Together they have a project called, LOCATIONS. Taylor's solo material has been described as “Angelic and visceral vocal-driven avant pop” by Katie Capri, Impose Magazine Brooklyn, NY. In addition, Taylor performs in many genres from free-improv to Jazz standards, to a collaboration with filmmaker Mike Morris. She teaches voice lessons privately and hosts the bi-monthly radio show BandWidthTX on KUZU LP 92.9FM Denton, TX. Currently, Taylor is collaborating with Black Taffy (Leaving Records).
