Black Power Healing Circles

Black power is the unapologetic claim of self-love. Reiki is a healing energy technique that is available to all. When combined in a safe nonjudgmental circle we begin to see what it is to live in our power in a society built to suppress and oppress us.

Pre and Post-check-ins are tracked by questionnaires charting body tenseness, breathing rate, and an understanding of personal healing with guided energy.
