Black Design Collective presents Pull Back the Curtain with D'Wayne Edwards
Overview
Black Design Collective is committed to developing and implementing programs and services that provide our members and the greater design/creative community with the tools and skills necessary to compete and thrive in a competitive marketplace. BDC's Pull Back the Curtain series will feature a conversation with Dr. D’Wayne Edwards, founder of Pensole Lewis College of Business & Design, which is the nation’s only HBCU dedicated to design. It is mentionable that Dr. Edwards is returning to Los Angeles for what he noted is his first public conversation in nearly 20 years. This conversation will be moderated by Cheresse Thornhill-Goldson, Director of Design Education & Growth at adidas, who opens design pathways for underrepresented students with her S.E.E.D. and MyGenAI™ initiatives.
