What if I can't make it on this date/time?

Please check out our other events (https://www.eventbrite.com/o/doulas-of-north-county-36936285703) and also note that we do offer private classes if you cannot make it to any of our event dates. You may email us at hello@doulasofnorthcountry.com for more information.

Can I reschedule my class?

Accepted Answer

Yes — if you give us at least 7 days’ notice, you may reschedule for a $25 fee.
We’re unable to accommodate rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the class, and your registration fee will be forfeited.

How do I cancel or reschedule?

All requests must be made in writing via email to hello@doulasofsandiegocom. This helps us process changes in a timely and accurate way.

What if Doulas of San Diego cancels the class?

Accepted Answer

If we need to cancel (due to low enrollment or an instructor emergency), you’ll receive a full refund or may transfer to another class at no charge.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

If you cancel 7 days or more before the class, you’ll receive a refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of the class are non-refundable due to limited spots and prep time. No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.
