Birmingham Litter Pickup - Roebuck Golf Course

Safety: This event will take place along the roadside in an area that may not have sidewalks, so please only sign up if you feel comfortable with this.

What we encourage volunteers to wear/bring:

1. Comfortable clothing that you do not mind getting a little wet or dirty (preferably long pants)

2. Closed-toed shoes

3. Water

4. Sun protection (hats, sunglasses, sunscreen)

What we will provide:

1. Garbage bags
2. Gloves
3. Litter Pickers
4. Safety vests

We'll meet at 8:30 a.m. at the Roebuck Golf Course for a brief safety talk and to get everyone the supplies they need. If you have your own gloves, feel free to bring them. We suggest bringing a small backpack to carry any needed personal supplies while you're walking.
