Join Golden Eagle Audubon as we wander around Wilson Springs Ponds to check out the birds of the season. The walk at Wilson Springs Ponds is an easy and accessible walk along a paved 1 mile loop. Some birds we may encounter include Wood Ducks, Ring-necked Ducks, Buffleheads, Lesser Scaups, Ruddy Ducks, Green-winged Teals, Cedar Waxwings, Northern Pintails, Redheads, Canvasbacks, Yellow-rumped Warblers, and White-crowned Sparrows.

Accessibility: This event is appropriate for those with limited mobility and/or visual impairment, and is wheelchair accessible.
Birding Skill Level: All levels are welcome. Binoculars will be available if needed.
Age: Participants younger than 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and participants younger than 18 must have a parent/guardian sign the liability release.
Time: 10:00am - 12:00pm. Check-in is at 9:50am. Please arrive at check-in so we can start on time.
Meeting Place: We will meet at the parking lot of Wilson Springs Ponds. (Click on "Meeting Place" to get directions from your location.)
What to Bring: Layers for Weather, sun protection, closed-toe shoes, binoculars, a scope if you have one, and water. A scope will be available for the group to share. No dogs please.
Restroom Availability: Restrooms will be available in the parking lot and along the trail.
Inclement Weather: If there is an unhealthy AQI or steady rain forecast, the trip will be cancelled.
