Join FBC's birdathon with Jen Kepler at Calvert Vaux (Dreier-Offerman Park) in south Brooklyn

Join the Feminist Bird Club on Sunday, November 16 at 9am at Calvert Vaux Park, in Brooklyn, NY. We will slow bird along Coney Island Creek looking for waterfowl, a scope will be on hand for sharing, birding around the perimeter of the park along a mix of paved paths, gravel/dirt, and grassy fields.


A bathroom is accessible in the middle of the park. Parking is available at the park. Limited binoculars are available to borrow, please let us know if you will need them.


We will meet near the park bathrooms, which are located in the middle of the park, next to the parking lot. Calvert Vaux park is accessible by car, bike, bus, trains are nearby, but may require a long walk or a bus transfer.
