Join us for a guided Bird Walk at the FDR Meadows led by expert birder Jason Hall!

Jason is an accomplished bird guide who has traveled the world in search of incredible birding experiences, and we’re thrilled to have him lead this walk through the south Philly's FDR Meadows. It going to be a great time!

The FDR Meadows feature a rich mix of meadows, woodlands, and wetlands, attracting a diverse range of bird species. Whether you’re a seasoned birder or just getting started, this event is perfect for nature lovers of all levels.

Meet us at the Pickleball Courts at FDR Park (enter "Pickleball Courts at FDR Park" in google maps) and get ready for a memorable birding experience.

Don’t forget your binoculars and camera—we’ll have extra binoculars available to share.

Jason, who describes himself as an “elder millennial birder,” founded the In Color Birding Club in 2021 to broaden access to birding—especially within Black and brown communities in Philadelphia.
