What should I bring to class?

Something to take notes with; laptop, phone, journal and pen. Water, towel, mat.  It is recommended using ear buds to keep you engaged with the class and hands free.  A pdf of the class workbook will be provided.

Where is the retreat located?

A Zoom link will be provided for the online retreat.

Do I need a quiet space to interact with the retreat?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose a space that you can easily view the retreat from your phone or laptop. Be sure to have a place to put a mat or towel for the breathing and stretching session. It is recommended to turn your phone to DND and choose a space with little to no distractions.

Will the retreat be recorded?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You may watch and move through the exercises on your own time via the recording. Please note that the retreat recording will only be available for a limited time.
