Join us for a hands-on insect collection adventure in the Cleveland National Forest to help safeguard California’s incredible biodiversity!

We’ll provide the gear, training, and lunch—you bring your curiosity and sense of adventure. No experience needed!

California is one of the world’s biodiversity hotspots, and your efforts will help scientists monitor ecosystem changes and protect vulnerable species. All samples go to the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County for ID.

This field day is part of the California Biodiversity Project, led by Adventure Scientists in partnership with Stillwater Sciences and the California Institute for Biodiversity.
