Biodiversitx II is the second edition of the initiative led by Abiquifi to position Brazilian biodiversity as a strategic driver of innovation, international partnerships, and sustainable development in the health sector.
Held in Boston as a side event during the BIO International Convention 2025, the gathering will bring together representatives from companies, research institutions, and national initiatives working to transform Brazilian biodiversity and innovation into high-value solutions — including cutting-edge institutions and companies with advanced technologies and successful commercialization cases, all actively seeking new international partners. These innovations include novel molecules derived from Brazilian biodiversity with applications in oncology, dermatological conditions, inflammation, infectious diseases, and other critical therapeutic areas.
The 1.5-hour event will feature pitch presentations structured into thematic quadrants that reflect the diversity and maturity of the projects — from innovative bioproducts to established platforms in research, production, regulation, and internationalization.
Following the presentations, participants will engage in rapid networking sessions with potential investors, partners, and international stakeholders.
We are bringing to Boston key players from Brazil’s pharmaceutical development ecosystem rooted in biodiversity, connecting high-potential projects with strategic global partners.
