Want a bilingual education for your child and don't know where to start? You are not alone. Come meet with likeminded parents and get this revolution started.

The father of NYC's bilingual revolution Fabrice Jaumont will share stories of successes and setbacks of communities who created free, high-quality bilingual programs in New York City, and will answer your questions. The DC Language Immersion Project will zoom in on DC and walk you through the options to make dual language happen in your community with the help of the new advocacy toolkit for parents How to get a multilingual program started in your community.

Multilingualism can become the new norm, and it starts with our youth. A bilingual revolution has started, and it is for the common good.

Children are welcome and light refreshments will be provided. Fabrice Jaumont's new book The Bilingual Revolution: the Future of Education is in Two Languages will be available for purchase.

A very special thanks to DC Parks and Recreation and the Alfred and Jane Ross Foundation for their support.
