Big Art Loop – Portside: Art Parade + Launch Celebration

Join us for a festive walking tour and launch celebration of the Big Art Loop – Portside! This free, family-friendly event kicks off at Pier 14 with a joyful Art Parade along the waterfront, introducing the public to four of the ten new sculptures installed along the bay-side waterfront between Fisherman’s Wharf and Heron’s Head Park.

What to Expect:

• Walk between sculptures beginning at Pier 14 and ending at the Exploratorium
• The Fishwives band performing sea shanties and maritime tunes
• Mer-folk roller skaters and dancers
• Opportunities to meet the artists and learn about the stories behind the art
• End at the Exploratorium's outdoor art plaza, where participants may choose to attend their After Dark event.
• Sea-themed costumes optional!
