بيبتي (Bibty) is a made-up twist on the Arabic word حبيبتي (habibti) which means my love, often used between friends, lovers, and aunties.

Diaspora Dumplings (DD) is an ongoing social practice art series by aisha tida that explores the concepts of home, be/longing, and representation through conversation, food, and joyful connection.

At BIBTY, DD is a lounge space where you can purchase and enjoy dumplings in community.

Absolutely. We will have gender neutral bathrooms and if anyone is making you uncomfortable, tell the organizers. We have zero tolerance for discrimination.
