Beyond Waste: How Lean Manufacturing Reduces Costs and Environmental Footprint

Lean manufacturing helps identify and eliminate waste—whether it’s time, materials, or effort—across every part of your operation. While its primary goal is to remove non-value-added steps, it also enhances environmental performance, making your processes more efficient, sustainable, and better positioned to maintain a competitive edge.

Join us for a lunch-n-learn to:

  • Discover how Lean manufacturing not only drives operational efficiency but also delivers significant environmental benefits.
  • Explore tools, frameworks, and best practices that support continuous improvement, including ISO 14001, life cycle assessment (LCA), and other sustainability-focused methodologies.
  • Gain insights into the often-overlooked advantages of these best practices and learn how to amplify them for greater sustainability impact.

Event includes lunch, networking, presentation, and Q&A.
