About this event

Halloween. Samhain. All Hallow’s Eve. Day of the Dead.

At this time of year, the portal between worlds is thin: shadow and light; living and dead; seen and unseen. While many of us dress up to help express a hidden aspect of ourselves, we invite you to forego the costume and discover who you are - beyond the veil. This community ritual includes the best of Blindfolded Contact and Dance Roulette - while also weaving in the ceremonial magic that arises from Maya Light’s music.

The evening will include guided exercises, invitational prompts, and open dance space to help us drop the somatic and emotional layers that keep us from ourselves and each other. Join us as we usher in this sacred time of year with a dance journey into the darkness - together.

We have a high expectation of personal responsibility and respect regarding consent and boundaries. Read our Code of Conduct online:

If you have a blindfold (or something that can be used as one), please bring it. Otherwise we will have some available.
