Beyond the Table: Taking Action for Hawaiʻi's Food Future

This is the fourth in a Hawaiʻi-wide in-person event series for funders to connect with one another and learn about food systems work in Hawaiʻi. RSVP is required and lunch/drinks will be provided.

The event will feature speaker Amanda Shaw in her new role as the new Statewide Food Systems Coordinator for the Department of Agriculture supporting local food procurement across the islands. This is a position that is currently 100% philanthropically funded and has been envisioned as that “missing piece” in increasing state support of local food procurement.
