Beyond The Pink: The Fight Doesn’t End In October

Beyond the Pink: The Fight Doesn’t End in October is a heartfelt fireside chat hosted by Harlem Commonwealth Council, featuring Sharon Joseph, HCC’s CEO and breast cancer survivor, in conversation with Dr. Lisa Newman, renowned Breast Surgical Oncologist at Weill Cornell Medicine.

Together, they’ll share stories of courage, care, and community, offering insight into the ongoing fight against breast cancer beyond Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This intimate conversation highlights the importance of advocacy, education, and access to care for women and families in our communities.

Guests will enjoy light refreshments and an afternoon of empowerment, reflection, and connection as we continue the conversation that doesn’t end when October does.
