We are beyond excited to have Brendan Murphy as the emcee for this event, Brendan is not just an AMAZING personality, he is a retired Active Guard Reserve (AGR) lieutenant colonel from the SD Army National Guard (SDARNG) with more than 21 years of service. Before joining the SDARNG, he served 5 years as an active-duty Air Force intelligence officer at Ellsworth AFB. Brendan holds double Masters degrees in Aviation Management and Environmental Management. Brendan also serves as the head boys tennis coach for St. Thomas More High School in Rapid City.

Mike Oster has been a speaker, trainer, leader, mentor, and consultant providing quality “edutainment” (education in an entertaining way) for over 25 years. Mike’s background includes working for a Fortune 500 corporation, owning and operatinghis own business, and a career in public service as an elected official, community leader, and volunteer and over 36 years of military service.

Thomas Blackwell is the CEO and Founder of Say Do Achieve, whose vision is to significantly improve the language and mindset of more than one billion people worldwide through authorship, inspirational talks / workshops, and peak performance coaching. He has given more than a thousand talks and workshops worldwide to corporations, executives, entrepreneurs, sales teams, athletes, religious groups, and students.

From June 2024 to June 2025, SRVIVRS Co-Founders, Joshua and Stacy Nehring, traveled with their children throughout the 48-contiguous United States, from Capital City to Capital City. Joshua ran/biked over 17,000 miles. Along the way, the Nehring’s shared their story of losing their daughter Lilli in a fatal car accident and how service activities and supporting others who are grieving has transformed their lives during their own journey with grief.
