He is currently the CEO and Co-CIO of Third Eye Ltd, a crypto trading company, and also serves as the Founder/Trader at Nirvana and Founder/Investor at Phoenix Digital. His focus spans macro credit, volatility, and distressed opportunities within the crypto ecosystem, including FTX claims and Solana secondaries. With over a decade of experience in traditional finance, he previously led credit derivatives trading at Jefferies, Deutsche Bank, and Citadel Securities. His unique background bridges institutional trading and Web3 innovation, offering sharp insights into both legacy markets and emerging crypto opportunities.
Amelia Hu is a Senior Consultant at Efficio, where she leads strategic sourcing and procurement transformation projects for Fortune 500 clients. With over five years of experience across consulting, operations, and supply chain, she brings a proven track record in cost optimization and cross-functional delivery. She previously served as a Senior Purchasing Agent at AECOM Tishman, supporting major infrastructure projects in New York, and also held a part-time role as Chief Operating Officer at PredX.ai, an AI-driven startup focused on procurement innovation. Amelia’s experience spans both established corporations and early-stage ventures, giving her a unique perspective on operational strategy across industries.
David Gan is the Founder and General Partner of Inception Capital, an early-stage venture firm bridging Asia and the West through investments in transformative Web3 projects. Previously, he held leadership roles at Huobi Global, including Global Director of Strategy and Managing Director of Huobi Labs, where he led major crypto investments and ecosystem development. Earlier, he co-founded startups such as MoShi Accelerator and began his career in M&A at Morgan Stanley. His background combines institutional finance, venture building, and deep crypto expertise.
