Toun Altharwa (they/he) is a non-binary, transmasculine licensed therapist (LMHC) with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through complex trauma and life transitions. Their career has spanned outpatient nonprofits, residential care with foster youth, and inpatient hospital settings, where they’ve provided therapy, led groups, and supported interdisciplinary teams. Toun is dedicated to serving diverse communities, including LGBTQ+ individuals, with an inclusive, trauma-informed, and affirming approach. Known for their calm and compassionate presence, they create safe, grounded spaces where clients feel deeply seen and supported. In addition to clinical work, Toun is a Reiki Master and spiritual practitioner who weaves somatic and energy healing into their practice—honoring the connection between mind, body, and soul to help clients reclaim their power and inner peace.
Toun finds peace and joy immersed in nature surrounded by trees. Art is a big part of who they are and they appreciate all forms of creative expression. Toun is a true foodie who loves exploring different cusines and cultures and have a deep passion for travel and discovering the richness and beauty of the world.
