Beyond Startup: Prioritization & Time Management

OVERVIEW:

Modern time management thinkers have long espoused various "hacks" for productivity. In this interactive and reflective session, we'll skip the hacks and focus on the core: setting priorities and building systems that support you in spending your time where it matters most, especially when building and leading a startup or small business.

YOUR FACILITATOR:

Kelli Herrick is a leadership development, time management, & team dynamics strategist and consultant with over fifteen years working in mission-driven environments across the education and nonprofit sectors. She believes that we find meaning by making choices, and relishes the opportunity to help others make choices about their time that advance their personal and professional livelihood. Kelli lives with her husband and presidential pets (Teddy & Franklin) in Cleveland, OH. She can often be found with her nose in a book.

PARKING:

Please ensure you are parking in the designated Bounce Parking areas, reference the "Bounce member, tenant and visitor parking" areas listed below. Any parking outside of this area is not under the designation of Bounce and subject to private ticketing/fines. There is ADA accessible parking spots directly in front of the Bounce main entrance, labeled as "Bounce short-term visitor parking" on the supplied map.

WORKSHOPS REQUIRE ADVANCE REGISTRATION AND ARE FREE TO BOUNCE CLIENTS AND $5 FOR NON-CLIENTS

This event is open to all entrepreneurs looking to take their business beyond the startup phase. Bounce clients, including tenants, remote tenants and monthly Generator members, can attend for free, but are still required to register. All other entrepreneurs are asked to pay a $5 fee. Seating is limited. All participants are welcomed to enjoy free coworking at Bounce for the entire day.
