Do you ever feel like you’re holding it all together on the outside, but like a volcano ready to erupt on the inside?
This five-week workshop is for the woman who says “I’m fine” when she’s anything but. You’ll join a supportive community and learn practical tools to move beyond stuffing emotions, resentment, and passive-aggression, toward genuine peace, clarity, and authentic connection.

  • You feel quiet, simmering resentment toward loved ones, friends, or coworkers.
  • You feel overwhelmed, stressed, and disconnected from your own feelings.
  • Your anger leaks out in passive-aggressive comments, sarcasm, or sudden outbursts.
  • You believe that speaking your needs will make you a burden or create conflict.

If this sounds familiar, you are not alone. Many women have been taught to be peacemakers, caretakers, and “the strong one.” But the feelings you’ve been stuffing don’t disappear, they build pressure beneath the surface.

Why This Workshop Is Different

This isn’t “anger management.” You don’t need to control an explosion, you need a safe way to unstuff what you’ve been holding inside.

Our restorative approach helps you see anger as valuable information, not a flaw. When understood and expressed with compassion, anger becomes a guide toward unmet needs, healthier boundaries, and deeper self-respect.

What You Will Learn

Over five interactive sessions, you will gain practical, restorative tools to:

  • Identify Your Triggers: Pinpoint subtle signs that anger is building beneath the surface.
  • Communicate with Courage: Set healthy boundaries and express your needs clearly and calmly.
  • Release Resentment: Find healthy, restorative ways to process and let go of anger.
  • Cultivate Self-Compassion: Understand that anger is a normal human emotion deserving acknowledgment—not failure.
  • Reconnect with Yourself: Rediscover your authentic voice and live true to who you are.

Dates: Five (5) Thursdays, with one mid-series break from 6:00-8:00 PM
