About this event

About this Event

In the online ‘Beyond Breath’ intro session, you will learn how to use your breath to instantly release stress and manage your emotions—right from your own home.

This powerful 75-minute session will give you the tools to quickly reduce stress and anxiety, find peace within, and stay calm and focused.

You’ll experience a taste of effortless meditation and receive an introduction to our powerful framework for lasting peace of mind.

Here's what people often say about the ‘Beyond Breath’ workshop:

  • “A space to slow down, rest, and get centered.”
  • “Recharged my energy in minutes.”
  • “Excellent tools to deal with tough times.”
  • “Tuned in to my true self and purpose in life.”

🌬️ How Breath Helps Reduce Stress and Anxiety

Did you know that breathing techniques can quickly help you release stress and lower anxiety?
Breathing techniques improve circulation and blood flow to the brain, and activate the parasympathetic nervous system—signaling the brain to relax.

For example, alternate nostril breathing activates both the left and right hemispheres of the brain. When balance is created between the two hemispheres, we feel less stressed and anxious, and more relaxed.

In this workshop, you will learn a simple breathing technique you can practice daily to feel calm, centered, and stress-free.

🛡️ Learn Breathing Exercises that Boost Health and Immunity

Science increasingly recognizes that proper breathing is essential for good health. Targeted breathing exercises can boost immunity and reduce our susceptibility to illness.

We breathe over 10,000 liters of air per day. The more we expand our lung capacity, the more nutrients our body absorbs. It's important to learn these techniques under the guidance of a certified facilitator to ensure correct practice and full benefit.

Why Should I Attend the ‘Beyond Breath’ Workshop?

During this free live workshop, you will learn:

✔ How the mind works and how to overcome negative patterns using specific breathing techniques

✔ A real experience of effortless meditation to stop the cycle of overthinking and bring clarity
