About this Event

In this 60-minutes introductory session to the renowned Art of Living Part 1 Workshop, you will get to know more about the transformational Sudarshan Kriya™ (SKY) breathing technique - the most powerful breathing technique of our time to release stress and boost your immune system. After attending the Beyond Breath introductory session, you will have an opportunity to register for the Part 1 workshop and experience the SKY Breath Meditation technique.

Now more than ever it’s important to learn these powerful breath and meditation techniques. In these stressful times, our nervous system can be overactive and tense causing fear, panic and a feeling of losing control, not to mention insomnia and other discomforts.
