Between Light and Shadow: Returning Home to Self is a gathering for Black women to lay down the weight of expectations and breathe into who we truly are. Too often, the world calls for authenticity but silences us when we show up in our fullness. This one-hour circle creates space where our voices lead, our stories are heard, and our presence is enough. Together, we will explore what it means to reconnect with truth, empathy, and community in a time that often pulls us away from ourselves. This is not a lecture or performance, but an honest conversation and collective pause an invitation to step out of the shadows and into the light, remembering that we are already whole.
