This online series starts Oct 1st (note the eventbrite date is last day to register) at 12:00pm for 30 minutes over lunch every week on Wednesday for four weeks and will help professionals develop key capabilities and increase their effectiveness in managing projects - a skill that crosses all company departments. This is a mini Project Management program (for a total of two hours, not 300 hours of training!)
Topics include; defining the project potential, how to engage the team, establish goals & deliverables, resource planning, manage scope change & pivot, effective stakeholder communication, etc.
The sessions will be held online starting Oct 1st from 12:00 to 12:30 and running every Wednesday for four weeks. Registering for the first class registers you for all four classes.
