Better People Management Workshop-Fully Funded

This research informed, industry engaged training has been designed to enhance the management skills in Lancashire. We will support you and your organisation in enhancing your management capacity and capabilities, enabling you to make changes that will promote productivity, health and wellbeing within your workplace.

This one day workshop is prticularly relevant for:
