Bethel Heights Winemaker Dinner Series with Ben Casteel
Overview
Dover Hall's Winemaker Dinner Series returns with an exclusive evening featuring the acclaimed wines of Ben Casteel of Bethel Heights Vineyard. Recently recognized with a perfect 100-point score from Decanter for his 2023 “The High Wire” Chardonnay, Ben Casteel brings the artistry and precision that have defined Oregon’s Willamette Valley to our table.
This intimate dinner highlights a collaboration between Executive Chef Leah Randolph, Virginia’s Chef of the Year, and Sommelier, Chad Hornik, who together have curated a five-course pairing that celebrates balance, texture, and place.
