This workshop is designed for people and organizations that are struggling to create great user experiences (UX) while working in an Agile environment. Many organizations stumble when it comes to blending UX in the new world of Agile. After this workshop, you’ll have the skills to start your next Agile project with a proven plan for UX integration.
In this workshop, you'll participate in exercises to learn how to start a project on a solid UX foundation while also integrating the work into an Agile methodology. With proper management, your projects will be more successful by leveraging UX from the start. You will use skills that you already have as well as learn new skills and tools that can help identify the information you need to create great experiences within the Agile model.
The class will start at 8am and run through 12pm. Coffee and breakfast will be provided. Capacity is limited to 30 participants.

About Matt Wallens
With 20 years of experience, Matt researches and designs products for web, desktop and mobile and guides clients through project discovery, strategy and functional design. He works with startups and small to medium-sized businesses to help clients better understand their customers to achieve their goals and objectives.
About John Williams
John's experience ranges from working with the Big 5 to the Fortune 100 companies including Coca-Cola Enterprises, Cisco and Cisco Video Technologies, CapitalOne, Ventyx (An ABB Company), Aetna Insurance, PWC, Accenture, Andersen, IBM, Lowes Home Improvement, Walt Disney, and Turner Broadcasting (TBS - March Madness on Demand), as well as several small startup opportunities. He has over 15 years’ experience in Web/Internet development, training and project management working with UX/UI, Digital, Mobile, Cloud, Social Media and Web Projects. John's recent focus is coaching UX and CX (User and Creative Experience) Teams.
