BEOWULF
Overview
BEOWULF
adapted by Charlie Bethel
performed by John Heimbuch
directed by Amy Rummenie
On Saturdays, come to Beowulf and stay for Feast!
Feast has connections to the story of Beowulf. While you don't need to know Beowulf to attend Feast, it's fun to see them both together!
This faithful and accessible adaptation of the classic Old English poem about a warrior king and some famous monsters modernizes the wit, vigor, and meaty language of the original Anglo-Saxon epic.
Beowulf runs about 60 minutes without intermission.
Content Warning: This production contains descriptions of human / monster violence, akin to The Lord of the Rings or Star Wars. Recommended for age 10+.
