Bend to Balance is a three day mental health wellness expo & experience on both the East and West sides of Bend…balanced. It will be part class/workshops, part entertainment, part presentation, part networking and fully unique in its delivery…balanced.

Bend and surrounding areas have incredible practitioners in the field of creative arts and mental wellness that will come together for our community to highlight all the different ways mental health can be supported. Sound healing, community singing, men’s and women’s groups, energy circles, psilocybin services are just a few of the more non-traditional avenues that support mental health and often are relatively unknown. This will combine with more established means of mental support from local healthcare organizations, therapists and other established resources. While the vast majority of our population has never been to these lesser known modalities, we feel this is an opportunity to highlight a wide variety of services that support mental hygiene.
