Our intimate relationships are so important to us, and yet sometimes we struggle to connect with our partners, to understand them, to know what to do when we want different things. In this workshop, we will explore how to use big and small challenges in your relationship as opportunities to grow both individually and as a couple. Using the tools of Nonviolent Communication, we’ll work on speaking honestly and without blame; sharing vulnerably, without losing power, and choosing compassion -- both for yourself and for your partner. Though the theme is about connecting within a couple, individuals are welcome to come without a partner.
