About this event

Join us for a self-defense class where you’ll learn valuable skills to protect yourself! The training covers techniques for both standing and ground defense, as well as strategies to deescalate and safely navigate uncomfortable situations. Whether you’re a beginner or have some experience, you’ll build confidence and gain practical tools to handle challenging scenarios.

Participants don't need to attend every session, but the sessions will build on themselves.

Note: Please come in comfortable, covered clothing (i.e. leggings, t-shorts, longer shorts), but please don't come in short-shorts or heavy shoes as we will be barefoot on the mats. Please also bring a water bottle to keep yourself hydrated!

Spots are limited!
