Beginners Self Defense Class

This live self defense class is meant to help you safely use basic martial arts to protect yourself and loved ones from harm. We will cover basic stretches, stances, blocks, punches and kicks that will help build your self defense foundation. The techniques you will be taught should ONLY be used in a responsible controlled manner for self defense situations, as they can injure others. This class will be approximately 60 minutes from the Zoom link sent to your email after purchase.

Please wear gym or athletic clothing. Clothing too formal can restrict your movement significantly.

Please stay hydrated. There will be a 5-10 minute break halfway through class.

Please arrive 5 minutes early.

Please allow 4-6 feet of free space on each direction of you during class, this will be an active class. Backyards or outdoors are best.

Having your camera on during class will help technique significantly.

If you want to attend multiple classes (we hope you do), each class must be paid for individually to receive the invite link.

It's a great honor to be of service to you. I have studied various martial arts styles since 10 years old. I will teach those most effective for immediate defense and offense. Techniques will be a blend of Taekwondoe, Karate, KickBoxing, Silat, Muay Thai and Capoeira mixed martial arts styles. Each class will bring new techniques, consistency will bring growth by default. What should I wear?

Please wear gym or athletic clothing. Clothing too formal can restrict your movement significantly. Sweatpants or shorts and an athletic tshirt are ideal.

Is this virtual?

Yes, only virtual for now. Class will be held every morning 10AM CST -11AM CST & evening 6PM CST - 7PM CST!

How to attend more classes?
