Please bring the following crystals to class (any size or shape is acceptable):

• One Golden Healer Quartz crystal
• One Clear Quartz crystal
• One Opaque Black Crystal (any type, as long as it is opaque and black)

Please arrive prepared with your crystals so you can fully participate in the live practice. Coming prepared ensures everyone in the group has the best possible experience—these gatherings work through co-creation, and your presence and energy make a difference.

Be Fully Present

This is a co-creative, hands-on experience — not a lecture. We’ll be practicing channeling in real time, including guided group channeling work.

Your energy contributes to the collective field, so please plan to stay for the full session and participate wholeheartedly.

Maricar Apuya is a direct voice channel for many higher dimensional guides. A former economics professor and PwC Transfer Pricing consultant turned spiritual teacher, she now helps others awaken their intuitive gifts, embody self-love, and live as conscious expressions of their soul. Her work bridges high-frequency wisdom with grounded, compassionate, and practical guidance.
