Fitness is fun when done in a community of support. Ron will coach you through a beginner´s class that will jumpstart your fitness journey. Join Fitby50 every Wednesday in Ivy City. Bring your mat, towel and water or purchase in studio. if you complete all 5 classes you get a set of DRIP'T workout bands AND get entered to win a free month of classes.
