Together, we'll explore simple techniques to breathe fully, calmly, and with awareness, while moving gently through poses that support relaxation and balance.
You'll learn how proper breathing can ease tension, boost energy, and bring more clarity into your practice (and your day).
This class is beginner-friendly, welcoming, and designed to leave you feeling grounded, centered, and refreshed.

No flexibility required. No experience needed. Just bring yourself, a mat if you have one, a blanket if you have one, maybe a block if you have one and an open mind.
