Beginner Stretching Class to Lengthen Tight Muscles - 11/09

Overview
A beginner stretching small group (10 or fewer) class that will target the upper, middle and lower body muscles.
This beginner stretching class focuses on guiding participants through gentle stretches that will target the upper, middle and lower body. Participants will need to be able to use the floor for performing the stretches for best results. We will hold each stretch for a least 60 seconds to improve the extensibility of the muscles for improving flexibility.
All classes will be held at our private personal training facility in Durham.
