Beginner Partner Acrobatics Workshop

Join Mike & Ariana for a beginner partner acrobatics workshop. No previous experience or partner necessary! This workshop will focus on L-basing and washing machine flows. We will start from basics and can modify to fit your skill level, all skills will be spotted for safety. Starting with a brief group warmup followed by a guided sequence of skills & poses then finish with therapeutic techniques designed to leave you feeling relaxed & restored. Come build strength, balance & trust!
