Beginner Mahjong with Mahjong Mischief at Ina Mae Tavern - Wicker Park

Join us for a fun evening of learning American Mahjong at Ina Mae Tavern in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood. You’ll learn the basic rules, and then get started playing. Angela Buikema from Mahjong Mischief will guide you step by step. (Angela is a certified Oh My Mahjong instructor and a member of the Mahj Life Instructor Guild.)

We’ll begin promptly at 7pm, so come a little early to grab a table, order a drink or bite to eat, and get settled before we start. Ina Mae's menu features Southern favorites with a New Orleans flair plus a full bar with craft cocktails, beer, and wine. (Food and beverage not included in ticket price.)

All game equipment will be provided. National Mahjong League Cards will be available to borrow or to purchase on site.
