Join me to chant mantras and meditate for our own upliftment and the upliftment of our global community!
When you chant mantras your mind releases the positive energy that decreases the negative thoughts or stress.
Chanting mantras is an ancient practice that calms your mind and soul. Scientific studies have found that chanting mantras like om for 10 minutes can decrease anxiety and depressive symptoms in the human body.
You can join in the chanting or listen to me chant! Then we sit together in a group meditation to receive the healing benefits of silence.
Our chant is the Shiva Mantra to remove illusions and seek truth.
Chant: OM NAMAH SHIVAYA
We will be repeating this mantra 108 times then sitting in silence together
