Beginner Hand Sewing Class: Make Your Own Drawstring Bag

Ready to try your hand at sewing? In this beginner-friendly workshop, you will learn the essential stitches that make up strong seams, including the running stitch, backstitch, and hem stitch, while creating a simple drawstring bag to take home. You will also practice how to thread a casing, and if time allows, work on a small pincushion project with invisible stitching and button tufting.

No experience is needed. All materials and instruction are included, so just bring your curiosity and a little creativity.
