Is this class really for beginners?
Yes! This class is designed especially for beginners and those returning to yoga after a long break. Movements are gentle, and plenty of modifications are offered to help you move at your own pace.

Who teaches the class?

Classes are led by Thaiana, a certified 200-hour yoga teacher and current 300-hour student at Ayama, alongside other teachers-in-training. Each teacher brings their own unique energy and guidance, under the supervision of our senior faculty.

Do I need to bring anything?

Please bring a yoga mat (or rent one from the studio for $5), a water bottle, and comfortable clothes you can move in.
