Evening Beginner Yoga: Realign for the Week

Unwind, let go, and come back to yourself. This 60-minute beginner-friendly evening yoga class is designed to help you release the stress of the day, gently realign your body, and prepare your mind for the week ahead.

Through calming breathwork, mindful movement, and slow, grounding poses, you'll ease physical tension and create space in both body and mind. Evening yoga is a powerful way to shift from "doing" to simply being—so you can sleep better, feel better, and carry more peace into your days.

Gym clothing required (sneakers, sweats/leggings, loose fitting shirt).

A yoga mat is needed. Other than that— just bring yourself and a willingness to unwind.

How long is the class?

The session lasts about 60 minutes, giving you just enough time to recharge without taking up your whole day.

What should I bring?

Just bring yourself, a yoga mat (if you have one), water in a bottle, and wear comfortable clothes you can move in. We provide a calm, supportive space—you provide the willingness to show up.

What if I can't do a pose?

That’s totally okay. We offer variations and encourage you to listen to your body. There’s no “perfect” way—just your way.

Do I need any experience to attend?

Not at all! This class is beginner-friendly and open to all bodies and fitness levels. No prior yoga experience is needed.

Is this class suitable if I have an injury or medical condition?

If you have a specific condition, please check with your doctor first and let Noir know before class.

I’m not flexible—can I still do yoga?
