We're hosting coach Cameron, who will be leading technical, beginner-friendly sessions focused on fundamentals, positional drills, and live situational work—perfect for first-timers and experienced grapplers looking to sharpen their game.
When: Three days each week at 12:00–1:00 PM

Who: All levels welcome—no prior experience required
What to Bring
- Athletic clothing (rashguard/tee + shorts/leggings recommended)

- Arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in and stretch
- Mats provided; clean feet on the mat, please
