Before the Year Turns: A Workshop on Ownership, Mindset, & Meaningful Goals
Overview
This workshop is for people who want their 2026 goals to mean something; not a list they write at midnight on December 31, but a set of choices built from clarity, self-trust, and real ownership.
Together, you’ll explore the mental models you currently operate from: the beliefs, stories, and habits that quietly shape the way you move through ambition, love, work, and growth. Instead of starting with “what do you want to do,” you’ll start with “who are you becoming, and what do you already know is on your horizon?”
2026 already carries meaning. Maybe it’s a career transition, a relationship shift, a creative leap, or a major life milestone. For me as your facilitator, 2026 is the year I get married; a year of expansion, grounding, and choosing my life with intention. This workshop is built from that same spirit: planting seeds in advance so you’re not just reacting to the year, you’re shaping it.
Across two hours, you’ll identify at least three goals that align with the version of you who will be standing in December 2026. Goals pulled from ownership rather than obligation. Goals supported by mindset shifts, not just wishful thinking.
You’ll leave with:
• Awareness of the mental models currently steering your decisions
• A personal ownership framework for designing goals that last
• Three aligned 2026 goals connected to identity, not pressure
• A grounded sense of who you are becoming next year
• A moment of reflection and intention in a busy season
