By Barrington's White House

Overview

Get ready to be blown away by the musical talents of the Aznavoorian Sisters in an unforgettable concert featuring Beethoven and Brahms.

Celebrate an afternoon of classical masterworks performed by three acclaimed musicians with deep Barrington ties. Sisters Marta (piano) and Ani Aznavoorian (cello), joined by violinist Desirée Ruhstrat, bring their artistry to Barrington’s White House in a program featuring the timeless brilliance of Beethoven and Brahms.

Marta Aznavoorian, a Grammy Award–winning pianist and founding member of the Lincoln Trio, and Ani Aznavoorian, principal cellist of Camerata Pacifica, have performed worldwide to critical acclaim. Together with Desirée Ruhstrat, celebrated violinist of the Lincoln Trio and professor at Northwestern University’s Bienen School of Music, they form a powerful ensemble whose performances are both dynamic and deeply expressive.

This concert offers a rare opportunity to hear some of the greatest chamber works of Beethoven and Brahms performed by world-class artists who proudly call Barrington home. Following the concert, join the artists at a reception sponsored by White House friends - Pam and Dave Conroy.
